Some part of our book collection is kept in the stacks. These books are defined “Book Stacks Collection” under “location” on the catalog. If you would like to use those books, you should fill in the “Book Stacks Request Form” below. The staff will retrieve them for you and they will be available at the Information Desk in the related hall.

The requested book(s) will be ready in 20-30 minutes.

Book(s) will be kept on the shelf labeled as "DEPO KİTAPLARI" in front of the H hall on the 3rd floor of the main library building until the Library closed. Books not taken within the same day will be re-shelved in the morning of the next working day.

• Please fill in the form accurately, otherwise your request will not be met.
• The online stacks request forms can only be submitted until 16:15 in weekdays and 15:45 in weekend.
• You may require up to 6 books per collection time.

Please, follow next steps to request books from the stack;

Firstly,  you can use the library catalog  in order to be sure the book ,you ask for ,is exist in the stack or not.

If the book exist in the library, you can see the necessary information on the web page.
Here, if you see “Book Stacks Collection” under the  location segment. it is mean that the book exist  but you should fill the book form .

To fill the book form click the name of the book. Then, you can see the necessary information of your book.

To access the form you should click the link “Request from Stacks”.

By filling the necessary information in the form, you can ask for the book you want.
