RefWorks citation management tool helps you to:

• import citations from your favorite databases and websites,
• build and organize bibliographies,
• format citations for papers,
• take notes on articles and save them in your collection of citations,
• save and organize PDFs, screenshots, graphs, images, and other files for your research.

RefWorks is a web-based citation manager program available to METU faculty, staff
and students. It allows one to import citations from many of our databases,
or input them manually, and then create bibliographies automatically in the desired style format. (See a list of the available style formats supported by RefWorks.)

Write-n-Cite is a related software program that can be downloaded and installed from the Refworks site. This program works within MS Word as you write your paper to allow you to access your citations stored in RefWorks and to automatically create footnotes and a bibliography.
